Dnevni bivalni prostor in tudi terasa sta opremljena s kreativno razsvetljavo, ki v večernih urah pričara prav posebno vzdušje.
Kuhinja, obrnjena proti terasi, je v rustikalnem stilu s steklokeramičnim štedilnikom, hladilnikom in pomivalnim strojem. Ima vgrajen svetlobni kanal za povečanje svetlosti. V jedilnici je večja vgradna omara z lesenimi vrati (pod stopnicami), miza z oblazinjenim kotnim pohištvom, stoli ter omara s stekleno vitrino.
Za manjšim prehodom z leseno kotno omaro sta kopalnica in spalnica. Kopalnica je v obliki črke L, ima kotno masažno bano in umivalnik na lesenem pultu.
Spalnica je lesena, delno izdelana iz Cemprinovega lesa. Tla so, prav tako kot v dnevnem prostoru, hrastova.
V prvo nadstropje, mansardo, vodijo hrastove stopnice, kjer sta dva kabineta. Večji od kabinetov ima galerijo s pogledom na dnevni prostor.
Hišo krasi velika terasa. Nudi prijetno bivanje s prekrasnim pogledom. Terasa vsebuje tudi letno kuhinjo s kaminom, veliko orehovo mizo s klopema in sedežno garnituro, ki ju deli slabih 5 metrov dolga orehova komoda. Tla so macesnova.
